With only 2 days to go our 3rd conference is shaping up to be very exciting!
After a great deal of research and consideration, our Chef Gus has come up with a suitable and delicious dinner for our Saturday night at Quest Brighton on the Bay.
Those of you who have replied with special dietary requirements will be catered for according to your lists of “can” and “can’t” eat (which is nearly a book in itself). I have to say that the staff at Quest have been so obliging and thoughtful – they are all doing everything they can to enable a happy experience for all.
Please reply yes or no to a dinner reservation as soon as possible. $26 per head is the price.
This year we are offering a main course only as many people don’t eat two courses. Should you desire an entree and/or dessert, these will be available at additional menu prices.
I look forward to hearing from you.
PS: our American friends have arrived safely and have even survived Melbourne traffic (on the wrong side of the road) Welcome Mishele Cunningham and family
